Job Description

• Conducting and promoting the marketing of credit facilities through phone calls, field visits, and coordination with other units to promote and sell complementary products
• Improving the profitability of the very small enterprises (VSE) portfolio
• Conducting visits to (VSEs) clients and preparing the required reports on a regular basis
• Collecting the required information from customers as well as documents, papers,financial data, and related data required for credit studies
• Preparing credit studies and issuing recommendations regarding customer requests while ensuring compliance with credit policies, and proposals regarding appropriate ways to avoid surrounding risks
• Cooperating with other sectors to provide high-quality service levels and ensure appropriate timeframes for completing requests
• Following up on customer complaints while maintaining standard timeframes for operations, in addition to any other assigned tasks
• Following up the clients after finance in order to collect our installments on time to avoid any past dues and create a healthy portfolio

Skills

Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field

• Experience: 0-1 years of experience in the field of very small enterprises company
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and listening skills
